I struggled for years finding consistent sources of support for my health issues and symptoms, even within the medical system. I took my health and wellbeing into my own hands, studying, researching, and implementing plans- I became my first client and was successful in finally turning around my health and wellness-no longer needing the support of medications, routine doctor visits and tests and most importantly reversed preventable health diagnoses setting myself up for longevity of health.  

I am an Advanced Practice Nurse, a graduate of the international Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) program as a Health Coach and am certified as a Fitness Trainer and Nutritionist through ISSA.

With my combined experiences and professional work, I bring with me 13+ Years Nursing, Mentoring, Coaching, and Educating. My years of passion and professional niche for integrative care of both physical and brain/mental health & wellness strengthens my understanding and support for you.

Sometimes you need help. And that is okay.

Most understand the need to eat healthier and incorporate routine fitness into their lifestyles to maintain health and prevent disease, but find it challenging to implement or maintain.

When you are a woman over 40, health struggles become more consistent and profound. Routine and fad dieting methods do not work.  Your health goals and practices should be individualized and supported by someone who understands the health changes and needs of women over 40.

For women over 40:

✔️ nutrition matters and should be specific

✔️ fitness and activity play a large part in health success and should also be specific

When you say you don’t have time- it means you are not a priority.
